QuietConversion Research Participation Terms

Last updated: February 2026

Thank you for sharing your founder experience.

QuietConversion Inc. conducts research to better understand how trust, growth, and access to capital work in real founder journeys — especially in cybersecurity, AI, and other trust-based ecosystems.

Our goal is to generate insights that improve founder outcomes, buyer trust, and ecosystem access.

TL;DR

  • Participation is voluntary
  • Data is anonymized whenever possible
  • No identifiable quotes without permission
  • You can withdraw from research participation at any time

1. Participation Is Voluntary

You may:

  • skip any question
  • stop at any time
  • request removal of your interview from research use

Participation in research does not affect:

  • documentary participation
  • photos or media deliverables
  • your relationship with QuietConversion or partner organizations

2. What We Study

Research topics may include:

  • founder experiences and GTM patterns
  • access to venture capital
  • trust between founders and buyers
  • ecosystem barriers and opportunities
  • founder archetype and go-to-market pattern analysis
  • other insights relevant to founder success

Additional insights may emerge during analysis.

3. Types of Data Collected

We may collect:

  • survey responses
  • short interviews or brief research questions
  • anonymous behavioral observations
  • optional demographic or business context

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, government IDs, or medical data.

4. How Research May Be Used

Insights may be used to create:

  • reports and articles
  • educational materials
  • conference presentations
  • policy or advocacy work
  • QuietConversion tools, playbooks, or software
  • mission-aligned or commercial research products

We may publish aggregated findings such as:
“87% of early-stage founders reported fundraising discrimination.”

We will not use identifiable statements without permission.

Participation does not create ownership or royalty rights in research outputs.

5. Founder Archetype & Pattern Analysis

QuietConversion may analyze responses using proprietary methodologies, including:

  • founder archetype frameworks
  • go-to-market pattern analysis
  • trust-formation research models

These analyses are used to identify trends across founders.

Individual archetypes will not be publicly attributed without permission.

QuietConversion retains ownership of its methodologies, models, and tools.

6. Privacy

We will:

  • anonymize data whenever possible
  • not sell personal information
  • not use your data for unrelated marketing
  • share identifiable information only with permission

Data may be shared with research partners under confidentiality agreements.

7. Data Retention

Research data may be stored securely for ongoing analysis and future aggregated studies.

Identifiable information, if collected, may be deleted upon request, subject to legal obligations and research integrity requirements.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect data.

8. Opt-Out Options

Participants may choose whether:

  • survey responses may be used for research
  • interviews may be used for research
  • responses may be used for anonymized archetype analysis

If you opt out of a category, that category will not be used in research outputs.

9. Risks

Sharing founder experiences can involve reputational sensitivity.
Please share only what you feel comfortable sharing.

10. Conference & Public Event Research

Some QuietConversion research takes place at conferences or public events using brief, voluntary, anonymous questions.

No recording, photography, or identifiable information will be collected without permission.
If we want to record audio/video, we will ask first.
