One rainy night in Pumpkin Patch Valley, the Walnut Server Trees went quiet.
Very quiet.
No glowing pumpkins.
No delivery bells.
No Hedgehog Banker receipts.
Tiny Wizard whispered,
“Did the magic stop?”
Baby Lion gasped,
“My Pumpkin Delivery List!!!”
Professor Elk cried,
“My fossil records!!!”
Everyone ran to the Squirrel Admins’ treehouse.
The Squirrel Admins looked nervous.
Very nervous.
Baby Deer asked gently,
“Did we make backups?”
The squirrels stared at their paws.
One tiny squirrel squeaked,
“We… meant to.”
Another squirrel whispered,
“We thought the tree would never fall…”
Just then
🌩️ lightning cracked
🌳 one branch snapped
💾 all the acorns rolled away
Tiny Wizard wailed,
“All the magic notes are gone 😭”
Baby Lion slumped in pumpkin mud.
Professor Elk fainted onto a fossil.
Baby Deer put on a tiny raincoat and said,
“We start again. Together.”
So they rebuilt.
Tiny Wizard rewrote the notes.
Baby Lion rebuilt the delivery list.
Professor Elk re-catalogued the fossils.
The squirrels cried the whole time.
When they were done, Baby Deer said,
“Now… where are the backups?”
The Squirrel Admins buried acorns in three places:
- under Mosswood Oak
- inside the Museum Vault
- in Cloud Castle Hills
And they hung a sign in the Walnut Server Tree:
If it matters, back it up. Twice.
That night the pumpkins glowed brighter.
Because Pumpkin Patch Valley learned something important:
Hope is not a backup plan.
Join us next Friday for another adventure in Pumpkin Patch Valley!
🌼 Tiny Lesson
👉 Backups save your work
👉 Keep them in different places
👉 Test them sometimes
🐢 And remember!
If it matters, back it up. Twice!
